Illuminails currently ships to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Free shipping on orders of £35 or more

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

International orders may occasionally take longer because of customs processing, local postal delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them. Illuminails does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority if you require further information before ordering.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first and then contact us at hello@illuminails.com.

We will assist with the carrier’s investigation where appropriate. If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment begins. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
