At Illuminails, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Hygiene Concerns
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or requests for a different style/size. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at illuminailsofficial@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Used or opened beauty/personal care items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the following conditions to qualify:
- Must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
